You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

We own or license the Service, its design, and our branding. You retain ownership of content you create. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as needed to provide the Service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated content is for assistance only; you are responsible for reviewing and using it appropriately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms or for any reason with notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
