1. Overview

AI Blogging Tool ("we", "our") offers subscription plans for access to our AI writing and research tools. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund. Payments for our paid plans are processed by Paddle (our payment provider). Paddle acts as the merchant of record for your purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Within the refund window: If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal, we will process a full refund for that billing period, provided you have not materially abused the Service (e.g. excessive usage in bad faith).
  • Service failure: If we are unable to provide the Service due to a significant outage or error on our side, we may offer a full or partial refund or credit for the affected period.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charge: If you were charged in error or charged twice for the same period, we will refund the duplicate or erroneous amount.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us via our Contact page or the support email provided in your account, and include your account email and the reason for your request.
  2. If your payment was made through Paddle, you may also contact Paddle support with your transaction details; we will work with them to process eligible refunds.

We will respond to your request within a reasonable time (typically within 5–10 business days) and will notify you of the outcome.

4. Processing and Timing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer; it is typically within 5–10 business days. We do not control this timing.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We generally do not offer refunds:

  • After the 14-day refund window has passed for that billing period.
  • For partial months or unused portions of a subscription once the period has started.
  • Where we reasonably believe the Service was used in violation of our Terms of Service or in bad faith.

6. Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current period. If you cancel and are within the refund window, you may still request a refund as described above.

7. Changes and Contact
